• Products or Services include all offerings by Pro Book Consultant based on customer orders.
• Order means any purchase request made by phone, email, or through the website.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Processing time is 5 to 15 business days. A processing fee applies to all refunds. Refunds are only issued under specific conditions and outlined in your signed contract. Please read and understand the refund terms before submitting payment.

We do not offer refunds for completed orders. However, if the final product does not meet the agreed-upon quality or scope, we will revise or recreate it at no extra cost. Revisions are part of our quality assurance process.

4. Revisions

Each package comes with its own revision policy. Revisions are delivered within 5 to 10 business days once a project is in the Waiting for Customer Approval status. Clients may email their Project Manager to request revisions. You are also free to make your own edits before publishing.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

• Delays occur due to minor issues like grammar or word count.
• The client causes a delay in the project.
• A claim is made solely based on word count.

5. Service and Price Modifications

We reserve the right to update service offerings, pricing, or discounts without notice. We are not liable for changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of service.

6. Acceptance of These Terms

It is your responsibility to read and understand our Terms and Conditions before making a payment. By paying for any service, you confirm you have reviewed, understood, and accepted all outlined terms. We are not liable for disputes that arise from failure to review these terms.
