Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all Book Consulting, Writing, Editing, Publishing, and Marketing services offered by www.probookconsultant.com. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Copyrights

All rights to the final content delivered remain exclusively yours. Once the project is completed according to our agreed scope, you retain full ownership and copyright of your manuscript and related materials.

Pro Book Consultant does not claim ownership of your completed work after full payment has been received.

2. Payments

Full payment is required before the commencement of any project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments include applicable taxes and transaction charges, which remain the responsibility of the client.

Work will begin only after payment confirmation has been received.

3. Revisions

Client satisfaction is important to us. We offer unlimited revisions within 7 days of final delivery to ensure the work aligns with the agreed project scope. In certain circumstances, this revision window may be extended up to 14 days upon written request.

Revision turnaround times depend on the original project timeline:

• For 24-hour projects, revisions will be completed within 24 hours.
• For 24–48-hour projects, revisions will be completed within 48 hours.
• For projects exceeding 48 hours, revisions may take up to 72 hours.

Revisions apply only to the original project scope. Additional requests outside the agreed brief may incur extra charges.

4. Project Requirements

Before starting, we carefully review your project details, goals, and expectations. Any limitations, concerns, or clarifications will be discussed in advance to ensure full alignment with the agreed deliverables.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to complete the project.
